At Least Somethings Flying...

Well it's a bit of an ironic twist that as all the planes get grounded due to the Icelandic volcano and I do a series of flight shots, with the sun shining and not a cloud in the sky I though that it would be a good opportunity to take a number of flight shots, a series of pictures that I have wanted to take for a long time, I hope you like them...

This is my favourite picture of the set, when I first started with my photography I made a list of specific things that I wanted photograph and a Lapwing in flight was one of my main goals, after been inspired by a picture on Tom Charles' website (his link is displayed to the left) and after two year I have got a shot that I am very happy with, I hope that you like it to...

After Tea I decided to have a ride down to Marshide, parking up at Crossens and walking down to the sand plant, such a beautiful evening, I managed to see three Short Eared owls, Which two were relativly close and a merlin weaving around across the marsh.

The Pics arn't that great but here's one the of the Short Eared owls i picked up...
